Scope: Healthcare Adaptive Reuse & Renovation
Description: Renovation and adaptive reuse of the existing Meadowbrook Nursing Home facility into a substance abuse treatment center designed to support recovery, wellness, and daily living. The project involved reconfiguration of patient rooms, addition of private showers, and the creation of supportive amenity spaces including intake and triage areas, nurses’ stations, doctors’ offices, exam rooms, group therapy rooms, yoga and activity rooms, game rooms, and shared community spaces. Dining and kitchen areas were also redesigned to create a more functional, comfortable, and healing environment tailored to the needs of residents and treatment programs.
