Description: Contemporary residential conversion of existing live/work and office floors into new dwelling units on the third and fourth levels of the building. The redesigned layout introduced four residential units of varying types on the third floor and three additional units on the fourth floor. Select residences were designed as duplex-style units connecting the third and fourth floors, creating spacious multi-level living environments with a modern architectural character.
